Our tours take place in a natural environment.
Weather conditions, river levels, and wildlife are beyond our control.
For this reason, your safety is our highest priority, and tours may be cancelled depending on conditions on the day.
If a tour is cancelled, your payment will be refunded according to our policy, minus any bank transfer fees.
If you are unable to understand or accept decisions made for safety or environmental reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from making a reservation.
